Bali Dec 2002
Our compulsory stopover en route from Sydney to London was not long after the Bali bombing, so the place was empty but still beautiful.

Before we became Australian residents, Neil had to leave the country every 3 months to renew his visa. A quick trip to NZ for Em's birthday weekend was just the job.

Singapore & Indonesia Apr 2005
We still had the return leg of the flight from the UK from April 2004 to use up... but not the time or money to go all the way back. So we took the flight as far as SIngapore and spent a week basically chilling out under the equatorial sun.
